What is your title and role at MaintenX?
I am a Regional Service Coordinator for HVAC/R for the Tampa area. I am in charge of dispatching the Tampa HVAC/R technicians to their work orders, creating quotes, closing out work orders, and making sure our customers are satisfied.
How many years have you been working in construction, repair, and maintenance?
I have been with MaintenX for a year now!
What areas of construction, repair, and maintenance do you specialize in?
I primarily focus on HVAC/R.
What are your interests/hobbies outside of MaintenX?
I am working on getting better with my crafts and decorations. I like to DIY all the decorations for my son’s parties!
What is your favorite part about helping make a repair or complete an installation to address a customer’s problem?
My favorite part about helping with repairs is the detailed updates I receive from my technicians. When they call me to explain the issue and how they plan to fix it, I gain valuable insights into the process. This detailed information not only helps me understand the situation better but also equips me with knowledge I can use for future reference!
What is your proudest career accomplishment at MaintenX?
My proudest career accomplishment at MaintenX was being promoted from a Regional Service Assistant (RSA) to a Regional Service Coordinator (RSC). Earning the promotion to RSC and taking over the full responsibilities has been incredibly rewarding.
What is the best overall part about working at MaintenX?
The best part about working at MaintenX is the teamwork. We are all willing to help each other grow and learn new things. There is always so much more we can learn from each other.
Who or what inspires you to excel in your role?
My family is who inspires me to excel in my role. They constantly encourage me to keep going and to do my best.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy going out for walks with my husband and son. We take an afternoon stroll every day and talk about our day and just enjoy the time we have together.

What is your favorite place to travel?
Georgia! The weather is so great up there!
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned from working with the team?
The most important lesson I’ve learned from working with the team is that there is always so much more to learn. Beyond the technical aspects of our work like XFactor, there is immense value in the knowledge and experience shared by our technicians. Their insights not only enhance our overall efficiency but also deepen my understanding of the trade.
What advice would you give someone just starting their career in your field?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. In the long run, it is better to ask questions than to never know it at all!
If you could have any superpower for a day, what would it be and why?
Teleportation because I would be able to go anywhere in the world!
