Paul Bustamante joined MaintenX as a fresh face in the construction and maintenance industry. In his role as Regional Service Coordinator, Paul ensures his team of technicians meets customer needs efficiently, providing updates throughout every work order. Though new to the field, Paul takes pride in his adaptability, continuous learning, and excelling as an all-around coordinator. His career trajectory is impressive—rising from Customer Service Admin to Regional Service Assistant, then becoming a Regional Service Coordinator within just one year!
What is your title and role at MaintenX?
I am a Regional Service Coordinator. My role involves dispatching a team of technicians to ensure service requests are completed promptly. My key responsibility is to keep customers updated throughout the lifespan of each work order.
How many years have you been working in construction, repair, and maintenance?
I have been with MaintenX for a year now!
I actually had 0 years in this field! I came into this role and company fresh, but I am learning every day!
Favorite Part of Helping with Repairs or Installations:
The best part for me is knowing that the customer feels relieved after we resolve their issue!
Proudest Career Accomplishment at MaintenX:
My proudest accomplishment has been progressing from a Customer Service Admin to a Regional Service Assistant, and then to a Regional Service Coordinator—all within just one year!

The relationships you build with the people you work with every day are definitely the best part.

No matter how stressful a situation might be, anything and everything can and will be solved by our team.
Favorite Company Event or Team Outing:
Sportsfest for sure! It was one of the coolest events I’ve been part of.

I enjoy playing golf, relaxing, and spending time with my wife, family, and friends.

I was born and raised right here in Tampa, Florida.
