MaintenX Brings Its ‘A Game’ to SportsFest!
Go Team MaintenX! Last Saturday was one of Tampa Bay’s biggest company team-building events, Tampa Bay Corporate SportsFest 2023, and MaintenX was there to make a big showing with one of its largest teams for an employee event ever!
SportsFest brings together more than 4,000 professionals in over 200 teams to show what they’ve got in five competitions: beach volleyball, beach dodgeball, a corn toss, a Bote beach challenge, and a tug of war.
This was our second year participating in SportsFest after first becoming involved last year, and for this year’s event, we had two MaintenX teams enter in the beach volleyball, beach dodgeball, Bote beach challenge, and tug of war events, and a whopping seven teams in the corn toss. In what may be a new company record for us, 65 employees signed up to participate this year!
In addition to our large turnout, a highlight was our sponsorship of the corn toss competition. We were able to have MaintenX branding around the corn toss arena, and we were also able to park a trailer wrapped in MaintenX signage out on the beach to show our colors!
Our participation was a win-win all the way around. We had an amazing day of camaraderie and competition in events that were as challenging and engaging as they were fun and rewarding.
A huge thanks goes to all 65 of our MaintenX members who signed up to represent us loud and proud at this year’s SportsFest! And to our leadership team who sponsored our members’ entry and our sponsorship of the corn toss event, thank you, too!
